About this Ab Program
The advanced core ab program was taken from my over 20 years in the fitness industry and through my personal experience of healing myself after 3 c-sections, 2 diastasis recti, and 1 umbilical hernia.
I’ve helped countless women lean and define their midsections.
This program is different from other ab programs out there, because it uses 5 ELEMENTS in a specific order, to achieve the sculpted six pack LOOK along with functional strength. Many other ab programs available only have a couple of the elements incorporated, but not all 5 and that’s the KEY.
The elements are: STABILITY, ROTATION, EXPLOSION, PULSE, and ELEVATION.

5 Key Elements to Getting a Sculpted Core
Element 1
Stability
Stability movements activates the TVA which is the foundation for safety and balance.
Element 2
Rotation
Rotation is generally a huge missing element in most ab programs. If we don’t use it we lose it, this element creates a smaller waistline (think of twisting a piece of paper).
Element 3
Explosion
Explosive movement activates quick fat loss by elevating the heart rate and using high intensity bursts.
Element 4
Pulse
Pulsing creates definition and the look of a shredded midsection.
Element 5
Elevation
Elevation is a huge missing part of most all core programs. This type of moment allows the organs to lift off the pelvic floor, and also allows your abs to get proper contractions, thus flattening out the stubborn lower abdominal section.

Evolve’s Advanced Core was created over the last 20 years working in the health & fitness field. I continue to achieve successful outcomes for people of all body types. I hold multiple certifications in personal training as well as Scientific Core and Scientific Back from the CHEK Institute. I am also an integrative health practitioner and an HLC level 3.
Books and certifications can only take you so far. Personally, I have rehabbed myself back from THREE Cesarean births, TWO significant rounds of diastasis recti, and ONE umbilical hernia.
My last son was born when I was 40 – there is no age limit to achieving a sculpted midsection. I have seen this method work in my body as well as hundreds of clients.
Over the years, I watched as the fitness community struggled. Hours of running and crunches that were not working. Eventually people give up on the idea they could ever achieve sculpted abs. I wish to share with you how transformative your Advanced Core program has been in my life.
Early January 2023 marks the moment when I made the clear decision that I was the subject of my life and not the object. It was a do or die moment. Either do “live” in a way where I could wake up every day knowing and feeling that this day was a gift. The decision included giving up all alcohol, television and most of all making the conscious choice to dream and be the healthiest version of myself. It had to be 110% or none. I opted for the 110%.
The Advanced Core program appealed to me. Seeing Mindy’s fine example served as ideal inspiration. I began a morning workout routine which I followed religiously four to five days a week. This program was the “core” of my routine and I began to notice results within two weeks. At first it was actually my posture that changed. My entire core felt more stable. It was not limited to lower abdominals or one specific area. After a few more weeks the results were visible and I began wearing cropped shirts and even dared do my daily horse chores in a sport bra exposing my stomach. It felt freeing and the lightness within me grew from getting rid of the toxins, eating/supplementing in a meaningful way and making Advanced Core part of my lifestyle. This combined with dancing and other weight related exercises transformed me beyond measure. I didn’t recognize myself, nor did my family and friends. Advanced Core remains the core of my routine. It is my go to when I only have time for a quick workout session before anything else because I feel the results throughout the day and beyond. I even like to add ankle weights for an added challenge. Due to my bone spur there are a few things I cannot do, but in those instances, I improvise.
